Winter Strength and Conditioning Now Available!

If you are not in a winter sport you should be participating in off-season strength training!  Join the strength and conditioning Schoology page and follow the instructions below!

The sessions are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday- 3:00-3:40pm, 3:40-4:20pm

Tuesday, Thursday- 6:15-7:15am

Once the athletes are on the Schoology page these are the steps the need to complete to be able to register for a time.

Step 1: they have to read the program details and expectations

Step 2: they will need to read through the Weight Room Covid rules

Step 3: They will need to register for a time slot.
