Practice Update 8/24
Practice Today: 9th Grade will do IMPACT testing at the HS at 8:00am and then go home. 10-12 Grade will practice in the Roosevelt Gym from 9:30-10:30. Make sure you have shoes for practice. |
Cardinal Football Team Camp Week 1 ends with some team building at Dorothy Olson Aquatic Center
After a long hot week of team football camp the Cards were able to cool off in the pool and spend some time together as a football family. Team building competitions were held between the cornerstone groups including the soggy sweater relay, climbing wall relay, and water polo. |
Cardinal Football Community Service

Summer Football Camp Dates! - Mark your calendar!
2021 High School Football Camp Dates are set for the weeks of: June 21 - June 25 July 19 - July 23 All incoming 9th through 12th graders will have the opportunity to participate in two weeks of team camp in order to prepare the the 2021 Season! Detailed information will be available as we get closer to the summer. |
Winter Strength and Conditioning Now Available!
If you are not in a winter sport you should be participating in off-season strength training! Join the strength and conditioning Schoology page and follow the instructions below! SSH3-V9K6-BXVNV The sessions are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday- 3:00-3:40pm, 3:40-4:20pm Tuesday, Thursday- 6:15-7:15am Once the athletes are on the Schoology page these are the steps the need to complete to be able to register for a time. Step 1: they have to read the program details and expectations Step 2: they will need to read through the Weight Room Covid rules Step 3: They will need to register for a time slot. Becker JV Game Cancelled - 11/16/2020
Due to issues at Becker High School they are unable to send their team down today. We attempted to find a team to fill their place, but were unable to so today's JV game is cancelled. Equipment turn in for JV players is tomorrow - Tuesday, November 17. |

Big Lake has canceled our JV game so we are going to be heading to Marshall to play the Tigers JV under the the lights at Southwest Minnesota State at 6 PM! |
